At Camp Roger, our mission is to encounter and celebrate God's love for God's children through relationships and experiences in Creation.
Camp Roger has a rich heritage that we would love to share with you. Explore our history and see what shaped us to become the camp we are today. Go on a virtual tour of our grounds or get to know our staff. We are excited to share what God is doing on the Shores of Little Bostwick!

Contrary to what many people may guess, Camp Roger is busy all year long. Summer Camp is not the only thing that we do. Throughout the year we serve over 10,000 students in our outdoor education program, rent out our facilities, and hold special events. We would love for you to stay connected to our ministry throughout the year.

What makes Camp Roger so special:

  • Kids meet God at camp: In a setting away from home, a young person can see God with new eyes. We take every opportunity we can to make Camp Roger a place where kids grow in their faith.

  • At Camp Roger, nature is integral. We don't strive to turn up the volume on your child's life. We believe that the simplicity of a game of Capture the Flag or a mucking adventure in Pickerel Lake helps slow kids down. They are then free to just have fun and be ready to be filled up with the wonder of God's creation.

  • Our counselors are impressive young people who know how to mentor kids in their faith while sitting around a campfire, hiking to the bog, or learning to braid. Whether being away from home for the first time or spreading his or her wings on a Pioneer trip, we want each child to finish camp feeling confident and closer to God. That's why we're here.

  • We take our responsibility to keep your child physically and emotionally safe very seriously. Safety and health practices at the waterfront, on camping trips, in the dining hall and throughout camp comply with or exceed state licensing and industry standards. Camp Roger is proud to be accredited by the American Camp Association. Developed exclusively for the camp industry, this nationally-recognized program focuses on program quality and health and safety issues, and requires us to review every facet of our operation.
