Position: Youth Empowerment Programs Coordinator

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a field related to the requirements of the position
2. At least three years of direct ministry experience with youth from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds
3. A minimum of two years experience providing effective administrative and organizational leadership and supervision of others is desired, specifically within a camp setting
4. Commitment to and demonstrated success with developing and providing leadership  for diversity efforts within an organization, business, church, or ministry 
5. An understanding of and commitment to incorporating servant leadership principles and practices in to each of Tall Turf's Youth Empowerment Programs
6. Prior experience with outdoor education and the camp setting
7. A demonstrated commitment to serving others as a follower of Jesus Christ
8. Valid MI Chauffeur's license or the ability to obtain one
